Do I need to book?
During busy periods like holidays and weekends, we recommend booking a session in advance to guarantee a spot and avoid disappointment 

 

Please do not use our online booking system for baby prints or parties - drop us an email or give us a call to arrange your booking

How much does it cost?
The cost of pottery varies across the range - the prices start at £7.50 and mugs, bowls, plates and ornaments are between the £10-£20 range. Larger items like storage jars and vases start at £25. For additional artwork to be added by our artists, there is a commission charge which starts at £5 per item which will be adjusted accordingly depending on detail

How long do we have in the studio?
Our paint your own pottery sessions run for an hour and a half, and baby print sessions are booked in for an hour 

How long until my pottery is ready to collect?
Our turnaround for items painted yourself in the studio is a week from painting. For commissions painted by our artists, our collect dates may very, so please enquire upon ordering.

Can I have my items posted to me?
If you are unable to collect your items from our shop, we can post them to your home for an additional fee which starts at £7.50 - This price will be adjusted accordingly for larger pieces and orders. By agreeing to posting your items, you are taking responsibility for any issues that may occur along it's way. Our packaging team have lots of experience sending orders through the post, and take care when packing your order.

How long do you hold my pottery for?
We keep all pottery waiting to be collected for 3 months, and we try our best to be in touch before throwing anything away. If you are having problems collecting your items, please let us know and we can arrange alternative arrangements. 

Where can I park?
​We are a 5 minute walk from the Woolgate car park where you can park for free for 3 hours.

The Woodford Way car park is free for up to 12 hours, and a 7 minute walk to the shop, which is also located next to the Marriots Walk multi-storey car park where you can park for 4 or 9 hours for free.

Can we participate in different activities in the studio?
We ask that you choose 1 activity per group. Please let us know in advance if you would like to do mosaics so we can have it all set up ready when you arrive.

My pottery broke! Can you help?
Unfortunately we do not offer a repair service in store, but you are always so welcome to book in for another painting session.
